A classic Thai recipe, this general health compress blend features bright and nourishing traditional southeast Asian herbs. It warms and uplifts the senses while also detoxifying the body and softening the tissues. Most frequently used in massage, this compress is our chosen remedy for colds, aches, pains, cramps and post-surgical rehabilitation.
This blend is anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and helps to melt the upper layers of the skin, fascia and muscles while also delivering potent herbal medicine to the deeper layers of the body.
It is an excellent remedy for tight & aching muscles, cold & flu symptoms, menstrual cramps, digestive distress, arthritis, joint injury, scar tissue, lymphatic support, and postpartum recovery including mastitis & diastasis recti.
Sustainable Self-Care – Compresses are good to use for 6-8 hours. After initial use, store in the freezer until it's needed again. Reheat and repeat until compress loses its smell, or becomes dark.

Instructions:
Soak - Immerse your compress in a bowl of water to start opening the herbs. Bring a pot of water to boil.
Steam - Place compresses in a steamer basket or colander over boiling water. Cover & steam for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy - Remove compress & place on a dark towel - press to squeeze out excess water. Be careful – it’s hot! Apply to any areas of pain - if too hot use a washcloth to protect your hands until it cools. Herbs are best absorbed when applied directly to the skin.
Re-use - Repeat the process as many times as needed to address muscle pain, cramping, soreness, aches, etc.
Freeze - Store your compresses in the freezer to preserve them between uses. They’re good for up to 6 hours of total use or until they’re no longer fragrant.
Ingredients: Lemongrass (Cymbopogon), Som Bpoi Leaf (Acacia Concinna), Tamarind leaf (Tamarindus indica), Ginger (Zingiber offinicale-Rhizoma (Singiberaceae)), Plai (Zingiber cassumunar), Galanga (Alpinia galanga), Turmeric (Curcuma), Rock Salt (halite), Kaffir Lime Leaf (Citrus hystrix), Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora)
Contraindications: Do not use while pregnant without a doctor’s supervision. Avoid the eyes and open wounds.
