Ideal for nervous system exhaustion, stress, insomnia, emotional turbulence, chronic fatigue. This tonic has a lighter and brighter profile than our Sleep Tonic and is ideal for daytime clarity.
This dynamic tonic features five nervines –
- Brahmi helps to improve memory, learning ability, and concentration.

- Gotu kola is a nourishing stress-reducer that can improve concentration, intelligence, memory and alertness.

- Calamus (Vacha) is an herb primarily applied to open the mind and improve concentration, clarity and speech.

- Tulsi (Holy Basil) is a mild nervine used for heightening awareness and mental clarity. Mint lifts the ‘heaviness’ of mental and emotional tension and constriction.
Do not use this tonic with cholestatic liver disorders, hypertension, congestive heart failure or edema. Use caution during pregnancy. During breastfeeding, use one month on, one month off. Sensitive individuals and those with epilepsy need to regulate dosage.

Ingredients: Organic Brahmi (Bacopa monniera-Folium (Scrophulariaceae), Organic Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica-Folium (Apiaceae)), Calamus (Acorus calamus-Rhizoma (Araceae)), Organic Holy Basil/Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum-Folium), Organic Mint (Mentha piperita), Organic Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra-Radix (Leguminosae))

Instructions: Use 1 tsp per 1 cup of hot water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes to enjoy hot. Steep for up to 20 minutes for increased herbal potency.
