A note on licorice: it is a small portion of this blend for its nourishing and adrenal supporting properties. Our organic licorice root is mild and does not have a very strong, sweet licorice taste. Most folks don't even notice it!
Ingredients: Ashwagandha(Withania somnifera-Radix (Solanaceae), Organic Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum-Fructus (Zingiberaceae)), Organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare-Fructus (Umbelliferae)), Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans-Fructus (Myristicaceae)),OrganicLicorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra-Radix (Leguminosae))
Instructions: Use 1 tsp per 1 cup of hot water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes to enjoy hot. Steep for up to 20 minutes for increased herbal potency.
