This tonic comes as a powder  – steep it just like loose leaf. Use a coffee filter or paper tea bag if you prefer a smoother sipping experience without powder particles.

Ingredients: Tulsi (Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum-Folium)), Triphala (Amlaki (embilica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibihitaka (Terminalia belerica)), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra-Radix (Leguminosae)). 

Instructions: Use ~1 tsp per cup of hot water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. A paper tea bag or coffee filter can be used to filter out the powder, but its fine to drink. 

Contraindications: Do not use with cholestatic liver disorders, hypertension, congestive heart failure or edema. Use caution during pregnancy.
