Use: congestion, mucus, cough, cold, allergies. Use to clear the sinuses, lungs, throat & treat the upper body with herbal steam.
Instructions: Pour a portion of herbs into a pot of water. Cover, bring water to a boil. When at a rolling boil, turn off & remove from heat. Remove cover. Position oneself over the steam, using a towel over the head to increase the heat.Use: congestion, mucus, cough, cold, allergies.
