Ingredients: Organic Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus-Radix (Liliaceae)), Organic Ajwain (Ptychotis ajowan-Semen (Umbelliferae)), Organic Cumin (Cuminum cyminum-Semen (Umbelliferae)), Organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare-Fructus (Umbelliferae)), Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum-Semen (Fabaceae))
Instructions: Use 1 tsp per 1 cup of hot water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes to enjoy hot. Steep for up to 20 minutes for increased herbal potency.
To increase the kick of this sweet and spicy tonic, simply add the desired amount of herbs to twice the amount of boiling water you’ll want to consume (2 cups = 1 mug, 6c = 1 pot) and boil down ~10 minutes for a decoction.
Contraindications: pregnancy, acute lung congestion, low digestive fire, high toxicity, not to be used in high doses where there is pitta or other inflammatory problems in the digestive system.
