Useful for menstrual irregularity, menopause, excessive bleeding, pain, fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, leucorrhea, prolapse, miscarriage, infection, inflammation. Can help to alleviate PMS symptoms with irritability, emotional sensitivity and heat.
An ideal tonic to support during perimenopause and menopause.
Tastes notes are simliar to black tea - also delicious chilled.
Avoid with constipation, slow digestion, acute lung congestion. Use caution during pregnancy. During breastfeeding, use one month on, one month off.
Ingredients:Ashoka (Saraca indica-Cortex (Caesalpiniaceae)), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus-Radix (Liliaceae)), Lotus Stamen(Nelumbo nucifera-Radix) , Rose (Rosa centifolia)
Instructions: Use 1 tsp per 1 cup of hot water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes.
To increase the potency of this tonic, simply add the desired amount of herbs to twice the amount of boiling water you’ll want to consume (2 cups = 1 mug, 6c = 1 pot) and boil down ~10 minutes for a decoction.
