Uses: Increases the perception of taste as well as digestive power. May be used for weak digestion, bloating, diarrhea, gas, intestinal pain and indigestion. May be helpful for Candida, IBS, and symptoms of Celiac disease. Beneficial for nausea, vomiting, burping and acidity.
Ingredients: Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum-Fructus (Zingiberaceae)), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum/cassia-Cortex (Lauraceae)), Indian Bay Leaf (Cinnamomum tamala)
Instructions: Use 1 tsp per 1 cup of hot water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Contraindications: Excessive heat, ulcers, signs of bleeding, especially of the gastrointestinal tract. Caution during pregnancy.
