Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle yet deeply profound hands-on method of working with the body to disperse the effects of stress. Our practitioner specializes in women’s wellbeing with experience across the vast array of concerns that can be addressed with CST. By releasing the soft tissue structures surrounding the brain and spinal cord, this technique enhances the flow of cerebral spinal fluid which nourishes, protects, and bathes the structures of your nervous system.

Abdominal Bodywork
For pelvic imbalance, digestive dysfunction, surgery recovery, postpartum care, miscarriage and IUD removal. Gently releasing and resetting the center of the body, abdominal massage rejuvenates the major organs, nerves, lower back, spine, digestive system, and frees tension patterns around the entire body. Sessions take place with lots of pillows, bolsters and blankets to ensure warmth while compresses and oils that are specifically formulated to increase abdomen function. Includes 1 herbal compress.

CST for babies & kids
This gentle therapy helps stress, tension and fussy babies as well as anxious kids. CST addresses breastfeeding concerns for baby and mother (reflux, side preference, shallow latch, etc.), structural birth complications, tongue, lip and cheek tie, Cesarean birth effects, and more. Pasha will often treat baby while they're being held in mom's arms. Newborn to six months is the best time to begin addressing these concerns. Big kids with anxiety, autism & neurodivergence should be able to lay down to relax for 45 minutes to make the most of this session.

Herbal Compress Bodywork
In this Thai technique, we use a ball of medicinal aromatic herbs compactly wrapped in cotton & steamed. This warm compress is applied on all areas of tension in the body. Steaming releases the essential oils & active ingredients, invigorating aromatherapeutic benefits in addition to release of tension held in the body. Compresses are our chosen remedy for tight or aching muscles, lingering coughs, cramps, digestive distress, arthritis, muscle/joint injury, scar tissue, & lymphatic support. This session can be woven together with CST & Abdominal Bodywork.
Includes 2 herbal compresses

FAQs
What is a craniosacral therapy session like?
Craniosacral therapy and these gentle Thai therapies are practiced on a table in a dark and relaxing treatment room. Clients remain fully clothed so we suggest wearing comfy cozy clothes without tight waistbands, zippers or belts.
Your practitioner will use her hands to evaluate your body and then use techniques to treat: sometimes her hands will be still, sometimes she will be moving, massaging and stretching. Every session is different based on the client and what is going on in their body the day of the session.

Are these therapies anything like a regular massage?
These specialty bodywork modalities are adjunctive to massage therapy. Abdominal massage and Herbal Compress bodywork are based in Traditional Thai Massage. “Regular Massage” often means swedish massage — in this sense these sessions are unlike swedish massage as you will remain fully, or mostly, clothed, and the techniques used will include rubbing, compression, light manual techniques, stretching, point work and other methods to achieve more spaciousness and circulation in your body.
“A session with Pasha is a truly transformative experience. I highly recommend any of her services. I feel amazing during and for days afterward.”
A different approach to “self-care,” relaxation, and taking care of your body and mind: through nervous system regulation and traditional medicine therapies, my work aims to create a supportive space for you to…
…let go.
